Jeff and his guys-Matt, Ryan, and Bryan- were all so wonderful. We had to get a new wood burning insert when we bought our new home. Jeff did a great job helping us pick out a great insert, and the guys worked diligently to install the piece. Everyone was professional, efficient, and clean. Jeffrey from Lalonde was responsive and concerned when I called to tell him that our fireplace was spewing out smoke since he’d installed a liner and damper in our fireplace only 18 months ago. He diagnosed the issue as an animal nest and cleared it out for me. He was cheerful and friendly even though he didn’t expect the visit to take as long as it did. Now I understand why I need to close the damper when I am not using the fireplace! I highly recommend Lalonde Chimney for all your fireplace needs.
